Union Public Schools has partnered with Community Action Project-Tulsa County (CAPTC) to provide an early childhood program. This partnership provides full day educational services at Rosa Park Early Childhood Education Center for Union families with children who turn three by September 1. It includes an early childhood center for three-year-old students; 13 elementary schools pre-kindergarten through fifth grade; five secondary schools—a 6th and 7th Grade Center (to be separated into two distinct facilities), 8th Grade Center, the High School Freshman Academy, High School (Grades 10-12,) and the Union Alternative School for EDGE - Earn a Degree, Graduate Early is a joint effort between Union and Tulsa Community College that provides eligible students the opportunity to earn up to 60 college credits concurrently while attending Union High School. Students who complete the program will receive both an associate degree and a high school diploma upon graduation. Union Public Schools believes in the importance of early childhood education. Hot Lunch Program. Union students have the option of bringing their lunch or purchasing a hot lunch, sandwich or salad in the school cafeteria. Elementary students should purchase lunch tickets from the cafeteria manager between 8:30 and 8:45 a.m. Schools can accept either a daily cash payment for meals or a pre-paid dollar amount ranging from $1 to $200.
