In addition to providing essential funding, the Rosa Parks Elementary School's Parent Teacher Association (PTA) aims to create a cohesive and supportive community. The PTA Council coordinates Parent-Teacher Association and Parent-Teacher-Student Association activities in the Union Public Schools district. The PTA Council is comprised of Board members and PTA chapter presidents as well as principals and administrators within Union. In partnership with families, teachers and staff, the Rosa Parks PTA is committed to supporting all students’ academic and emotional success. Due to insufficient public funding, the PTA must bring in additional resources to fill the gap.
