Students and staff members at Rosa Parks expect everyone to have high standards of conduct and appearance. Students are highly encouraged to come to school in uniform. In the event that students are unable to adhere to uniform standards, clothing should be suitable and comfortable for normal school activities and should demonstrate the respect Dress Code . Please be aware that the PWCS Code of Behavior defines the dress code for all schools in Prince William County and the code will be enforced at Rosa Parks. Tasteful and traditional school attire is expected for both students and adults when in the school. Rosa Parks Elementary School Policies Acceptable Use Policy. PWCS Acceptable Use Policy Reg 295-1 governs the use of all telecommunications technologies including telephones, facsimile machines, and other wire or wireless communications.
