Rosa Parks Elementary School . We are the proud Rosa Parks Rockets. The school opened in August 2007 and is named after Rosa Louise McCauley Parks (Rosa Parks), an American activist in the civil rights movement, best known for her pivotal role in the Montgomery bus boycott. The campus serves students in grades Pre-K thru Fifth Grade. School Hours She has served at Fort Bend ISD as a classroom teacher, and assistant principal at Rosa Parks Elementary and most recently at Schiff Elementary. Agina earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Education at the University of Houston and her master’s degree in Educational Management at the University of Houston – Clear Lake. Fort Bend ISD’s School Health Services program is dedicated to creating a culture of wellness that supports student success. Fort Bend ISD (January 28, 2025) – January is National Blood Donor Month, and the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center has recognized Fort Bend ISD as one of the few local districts to surpass the mark for 1,000 blood donations.
