Student Dress Standard. Students and staff members at Rosa Parks expect everyone to have high standards of conduct and appearance. Students are highly encouraged to come to school in uniform. Please be aware that the PWCS Code of Behavior defines the dress code for all schools in Prince William County and the code will be enforced at Rosa Parks. Tasteful and traditional school attire is expected for both students and adults when in the school. Handbooks are updated each summer and posted online on this page for students at the beginning of the school year. Handbooks contain information on subjects from dress codes to student discipline to grading scales to special programs. Parents and students should review the handbooks each year. Follow directions from all adults. Use appropriate language. Keep your hands, feet and objects to yourself. Wear your school uniform. Walk at all times using designated paths.
