The transformation of downtown Grand Rapids over the years has resulted in the creation of Rosa Parks Circle, a stunning park-like setting with an ice skating rink in the winter and a concert venue all year round. Rosa Parks Circle is a community gathering place in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids.
